I expressed concern that my teeth still felt dirty (lots of plaque at the back) last time I visited and so the technician seemed to put in extra effort to get them clean this time. They feel great.
I have never had a problem of any sort at White Pearl. I recommend without reservation. You are the best dental office I have ever been to, including everyone on staff. I am very appreciative of the quality of all your services, including how the office is run in such a friendly, helpful way. I'm sure if I had had care like you provide when I was a kid, I would not have the dental issues I have as an adult.

Happy with all staff and services provided. Only feedback: There were some administrative mis-steps along the way - delays in getting me promised information due to having inputted wrong email; not having my correct phone number; expecting full payment at time Invisalign first appointment (vs. communicating that earlier).

I am one who doesn't like going to the dentist - but all of your staff, especially my hygenist, are great, caring and professional. I will recommend your office to all of my friends & coworkers!

Possibly in the future, if the hygienists and/or dentist is running behind, maybe the office could contact the patient to let them know they're running 'x' amount of min behind to reduce the amount of time the patient is waiting.
